When the need to escalate a issue arises I make sure I deliver essential information, documented requests, and troubleshooting history to pave the most efficient path to arriving at a solution.

My background spans healthcare, project management, hospitality, property management, website/domain admin and software implementation, where I’ve helped companies streamline processes, automate communications, and make their tools actually work for the humans who use them.

I have over 5 years of experience in software/IT support, workflow optimization, and project management. I'm highly proficient in automating communications, streamlining operations, and resolving recurring issues with a strong focus on improving customer experience and team efficiency. I also create customized training programs, develop scalable systems, and use data insights to drive strategic decisions. 


My background in coding language ranges from HTML, CSS, SQL, .NET Core, and C#. Admin management expands to Microsoft 365, Apple Business, Verizon Business, and CRM tools like Salesforce to name a few.

I paid my way through College by alternating full-time jobs and school on and off. My focus was on technical development, project coordination, and systems administration.  I was awarded multiple Dean's List acknowledgements and supported the Financial Services office between classes. 


I never intend to stop learning, and I find professional certificates incredibly rewarding.  I love to strengthen my skills, from my backend and customer-centric skillsets to  sharpening negotiation and updating technical trends. I'm currently preparing for my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

I am a technical project leader, a systems manager, workflow optimizer, customer experience and success enthusiast with a background in hospitality, healthcare, SaaS, and public sector.  I specialize in bridging people and platforms—making complex systems easier to use, supporting teams through change, and helping organizations scale effectively through smart tools and empathetic leadership. 

 

I’ve been promoted twice in three years. I lead company-wide projects that improve operations, save time, and reduce costs. One of my key achievements was automating internal communications and processes—saving over 100 hours of team time per week and cutting expenses by 30%. 


In an ever growing age of tech, Technical optimization should never be outdated.
